Is it compulsory for RL students to attend all lectures conducted on campus via online?
- Students are required to attend all teaching and learning activities. (Student must attend at least 80% of classes as scheduled)
- Students who are unable to attend any teaching and learning activities are required to inform the lecturer of the reason for their absence immediately by enclosing the relevant supporting documents.
Can I change the mode of study from RL to an on-campus program anytime during the study period?
Students registered for the RL programme will be on this virtual platform for the whole duration of their studies. Students are not allowed to change the mode of study from RL to on-campus program.
Will I receive the same degree as a regular on campus student?
Yes. RL Students will receive the same degree as on campus student.
Am I eligible to apply for a PTPTN loan if I enroll in the RL program?
Local students may apply for PTPTN loan subject to the terms and conditions set by PTPTN.
For international students, do I need to obtain a visa to enroll in the RL program?
No. You don’t need a visa to enroll in the RL program.
How are examinations conducted for RL students?
Examination will be conducted synchronously with other on-campus student but through online platform which will be monitored via a dedicated online proctoring system.
What will happen if my internet line is suddenly disconnected during lectures?
Student must inform lecturer on the situation and will be given access to view the recorded lecture video on the online platform.
Are there any scholarships offered to RL students?
There are no scholarships currently offered to RL students. Students may look for their own sponsors if require financial assistance or may apply the education loan from financial institution.
